(!) Disable any internet connection during installation
(!) Don’t start the installed applications before patching

1 Install the three applications normally. Choose "Try" > Login > Later.
2 Install the three updates normally.
3 Start the patcher and choose "PATCH".
4 Done. Internet can now be turned back on.
